How far in advance should I place an order?

We LOVE orders that are placed far in advance (we definitely have orders several months out).  This give us the opportunity to prioritize you on our calendar.  During non-holiday months at least two weeks notice is preferred.  During holiday months we will only have space for a few custom orders. We advise contacting us for orders in October, December, February and May at least one month prior.  Please understand that our cookies are 100% home-made from start to finish.  We take the time to make sure your cookies are exactly what you expect from taste to design.  At times we are able to squeeze in an order with less than a week's notice, however please be advised that the order may be subject to a rush fee depending on the schedule for that particular week.

How do I place an order?

Use any of our contact methods to initiate your order, the website contact form, e-mail, Facebook, or Instagram.  Eventually we will switch to e-mail to finalize your cookie order and send an invoice.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and credit card (we do charge a small convenience fee for Venmo and credit card use).  For orders greater than $300, we prefer a check.  Upon receipt of your invoice we require payment in full to reserve that space in our calendar.

Invoices

Please check your invoice for ordering details.  Make sure names are spelled correctly, colors are as requested, and any specific design is indicated on your invoice (usually an inspiration picture will be attached). All orders must be paid in full prior to picking up your cookies. When your invoice is paid, we view this as approval for the order as described.

How do I get my cookies?

We have two pick up locations in Seminole County, one in Longwood and one in Winter Springs.  The addresses for pick up are on the top of the invoice.  Cookies can also be shipped for an additional fee for packaging and shipping.  We do not offer delivery.
